From cultivation to cup

Café Guacamayo began as an opportunity that became a long-term commitment. What started as a business idea evolved into a project built with direct involvement in cultivation, processing, and roasting.

We work on a small scale and grow carefully, prioritizing consistency, transparency, and the ability to sustain quality over time. Our coffee is developed from a single origin with a clear identity.

The project has grown organically through relationships and trust, shaped by the collective work of the people behind it.

Café Guacamayo is developed entirely from origin, with direct involvement in cultivation, processing, and roasting.
We operate on a small scale, focusing on consistency, traceability, and long-term quality rather than rapid expansion.

Single-Origin Production

All our coffee is cultivated and processed on our own land. This allows us to understand each harvest in depth and maintain full control over quality.

Deliberate small-scale growth

We grow cautiously to preserve consistency. Production decisions are guided by long-term quality rather than short-term volume.

Producer-led Project

Café Guacamayo is shaped by the people directly involved in its production. Our work is built through relationships, transparency, and shared responsibility.

COFFEE FROM FINCA GUACAMAYO

Café Guacamayo is a single-origin coffee grown at 1420 meters in Colombia’s coffee region.
We work with Catimore variety beans, processed through a soft washed method with controlled fermentation and natural drying.

Our cultivation approach avoids the use of agrochemicals, focusing instead on practices that allow us to maintain long-term soil health and consistency in production.

The result is a medium roast coffee with notes of almond, caramel, and a subtle dark chocolate finish, shaped by the conditions of our land and the way we choose to work it.
